I tell myself what I believe
Philosophy of life
I force the words deep down my throat
And drown my inner strife

For if I know what line I hold
My path is straight and clear
My values are in front of me
And to them I adhere

But if I let a peep of doubt
To make its small voice heard
My life would crash and fall apart
So I don't hear a word.
